Before Restoration

I bought this car when I was 15 years old from a gentleman in Los Angeles. The story told was that he was a Harley Davidson guy and crashed one day. He bought this Chevelle in order to cure his ‘need for speed.’ After racing it everyday to work, nobody wanted to race him after a month. He bought another Harley and was getting married, so the Chevelle was sold to me for wedding money. The car was restored the first time in the 80′s I’m guessing. Everything was ‘mickey-moused’ on it which really frustrated me when I restored it.

The first 5 years I owned the car the only things I really did was tint the windows, added front disc brakes and air bagged it.
